One Pot Cajun Chicken Alfredo

An easy and indulgent one pot meal combining the bold flavors of Cajun seasoning with creamy Alfredo sauce.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Add the fettuccine pasta and cover with heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  3. Cook uncovered for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning.
