One Pot Cajun Chicken Alfredo

A creamy, spicy, and comforting one-pot dish that combines the rich flavors of Cajun seasoning with the classic taste of Alfredo.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning, and cook until the chicken is browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Add fettuccine, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to taste if you prefer more or less spice.
