- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken and Cajun seasoning, and cook until the chicken is browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Add fettuccine, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
