One Pot Cajun Chicken Alfredo

A delicious and creamy One Pot Cajun Chicken Alfredo that brings comfort to your dinner table.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot,heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken slices to the pot, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked.
  5. Once pasta is al dente, stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • This dish can be made with shrimp or sausage for variety.
