One Pan Balsamic Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes around the chicken in the dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in fresh basil before serving.
