This No-Bake Cookies and Cream Cheesecake is a quick and easy dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with delicious Oreo cookie pieces.

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 additional Oreo cookies, crushed for topping

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, top with crushed Oreo cookies.

Notes

  • For best results, let the cheesecake chill overnight.
  • You can use any brand of chocolate sandwich cookies in place of Oreos.
