- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 additional Oreo cookies, crushed for topping
- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
