My Grandma’s Classic Potato Salad

A delicious and creamy potato salad recipe that combines the flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, peel and chop the cooled potatoes.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
  4. Gently fold in the crumbled turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, hard-boiled eggs, and green onions.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika on top before serving.
  • This salad can be made a day in advance.
