- 5 large potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, peel and chop the cooled potatoes.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- Gently fold in the crumbled turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, hard-boiled eggs, and green onions.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
