  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornbread mix, corn, black beans, salsa, cheese, egg, and taco seasoning.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
