Mango Tiramisu

A delicious Mango Tiramisu that offers a tropical twist on the traditional Italian dessert.

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Puree the mangoes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfinger cookies in cooled coffee, layer them in a dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies, followed by a layer of mango puree.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with coconut flakes before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger mango flavor, add more mango puree between the layers.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor melding.
