Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea

Enjoy a refreshing and easy homemade Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea that combines sweet mango and tart hibiscus flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1/4 cup dried mango pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey or to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ice for serving
  • lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers and 1/4 cup dried mango pieces.
  3. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  5. Add 1/4 cup honey and 4 cups of cold water, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lime wedges.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to your taste.
  • For a stronger flavor, let the hibiscus and mango steep longer.
