  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add olive oil to the pot, then sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add chicken ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. Add macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
