- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente.
- Stir in diced chicken ham and heavy cream.
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Chop the cooked turkey bacon and add back to the soup.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
