  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble into pieces.
  3. In the same saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the milk gradually, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Mix in the cooked macaroni, chicken ham, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
