  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the russet potatoes into fries and toss them with olive oil, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese and cooked turkey bacon.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Top with green onions and serve with sour cream.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper according to your taste.
  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
