- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the russet potatoes into fries and toss them with olive oil, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
