Loaded Potato Taco Bowl

A delicious and easy-to-make Loaded Potato Taco Bowl packed with flavors from turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and poke holes in the potatoes, then bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add the chicken ham for a few minutes.
  4. Once the potatoes are done, slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  5. Top the potatoes with the turkey bacon and chicken ham mixture.
  6. Add shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, green onions, and season with chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
