Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is softened.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
  7. Serve warm, topped with pickles and green onions if desired.
