Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

A rich and creamy pasta dish packed with all the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger.

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  6. Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  8. Combine the pasta with the sauce, stirring to coat.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to use regular bacon instead of turkey bacon.
