1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lemon, zested and juiced
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, and turkey bacon. Stir until well combined.
