  • 2 cups ricotta cheese

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, then add marinara sauce.
  5. Spread a layer of meat sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer with noodles, then ricotta cheese mixture, followed by mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
