  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 1 cup gochujang sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine gochujang sauce and honey.
  7. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce mixture until well-coated.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, you can double coat the wings.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
