  • 1 cup Korean gochujang
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place marinated chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
  6. Remove and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
