- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup gochujang sauce
- Marinate the chicken wings in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Coat the marinated wings in the flour mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
