  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly covered.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Place the coated chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  7. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, let the coated wings sit for 30 minutes before air frying.
