- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix potato starch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat the chicken wings in the seasoned potato starch mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, combine gochujang, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce before serving.
