  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  3. Grill or pan-sear the marinated steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
