- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well blended.
