Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A delicious and flavorful meatloaf made with chicken, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and wrapped in turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  5. Wrap the meatloaf with turkey bacon, covering the top and sides.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
