  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes

  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
