- 12 ounces penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large pot, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
