  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the egg noodles, thyme, and parsley. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender.
  6. Return the crumbled turkey bacon to the pot and season with salt and pepper.
