Italian Grinder Pasta Salad

  • 6 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and olives.
  3. Toss ingredients with Italian dressing until well coated.
