  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove chicken and shred it.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the crockpot to thicken the sauce.
  7. Add shredded chicken back to the crockpot and stir well.
  8. Serve over rice and drizzle with sesame oil.
