High Protein Creamy Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, corn, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
