  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Slice the chicken breasts in half and pound them to an even thickness.
