  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and swirl in the fresh raspberries.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
