Healthy Oatmeal Toddler Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed bananas, nut butter, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  3. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. Let cool before serving.
