- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed bananas, nut butter, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
