- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
