- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
