  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup salami, chopped
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, pepperoncini peppers, salami, and provolone cheese.
  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
