  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the oil mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
