  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, and olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the bowl with the vegetables and cheese.
