- 8 ounces gluten-free lasagna noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add gluten-free lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and crumbled bacon before serving. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
