Ginger Lime Pork

A delightful dish featuring tender pork marinated in a zesty ginger and lime sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, and sesame oil.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the pork for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
