Garlicky Creamy Brussels Sprouts

A delicious and creamy side dish featuring Brussels sprouts and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and removing any outer leaves.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let simmer until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
  6. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
