  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the halved baby potatoes. Cook for 10-15 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter. Add the steak bites and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add the drained potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter.
  8. Add the steak bites back into the skillet and toss everything together.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
