  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup additional grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. While meatballs are baking, cook linguine according to package instructions.
  5. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked meatballs and sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan. Cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Toss linguine in the creamy sauce and serve with meatballs on top.
