  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package instructions.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter and add cooked meatballs.
