  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until browned.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add cooked meatballs and heavy cream.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded parmesan and mix until creamy.
  8. Combine linguine with the sauce and meatballs, then garnish with parsley.
