Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken pieces and Italian seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Once chicken is cooked, reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
