  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Mix warm water and melted butter together, then add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and shape into rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet and allow to rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Melt butter in a small saucepan and add minced garlic and parsley.
  9. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the rolls.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
