  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, flour, salt, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Shape each piece into a roll and place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Cover rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
