  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the onions. Cook until caramelized.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Add the orzo and beef broth, stirring to combine. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
